Gourmet Cheesecake is located in Saline, Michigan and is dedicated to serving the gourmet cheesecake customer! No matter what your cheesecake need, we can help! Our cheesecakes are made with the finest ingredients and will be a sure delight whether you're sending one as a gift, or indulging in one yourself! Each cheesecake is 7 inches in diameter and weighs approximately 2 lbs., 10 oz., serving 8-10.

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients: All cakes contain the following shortbread cookie crust except the oreo and turtle. Ingredients includeButter, egg yolks, sugar, flour, and vanilla flavoring. Oreo and/or turtle cheesecake ingredients: Oreo cookie crumb base (flour, sugar, egg yolks, cocoa), butter.

Cheesecake Ingredients: Cream cheese, sugar, whole eggs, heavy cream, flour, vanilla, and lemon flavoring. All flavored cakes contain the same basic ingredients with the vanilla and lemon flavoring being substituted with the indicated flavor.

Fruit: Ripened Raspberry and Strawberry Sensation are swirls where the fruit is blended into the batter and baked inside the cake. Apple Delight has pieces of apple inside with a cinnamon, walnut, sugar topping. Key Lime Sublime is flavored as indicated and has the addition of a natural green food coloring.

Liquere: Almond Amaretto has amaretto liquere, almond flavoring and toasted sliced natural almonds on top.

Chocolates: All chocolates have the addition of cocoa to the base and either baked into the cake fully blended as the Brownie Bonanza and the Enchanted Black Forest or swirled into the original as the Fabulous Fudge Swirl.

. . . enchanted Black Forest Cheesecake has rum flavoring with cherries and walnuts on top.
. . . Turtle Temptation Cheesecake has chocolate and pecan pieces swirled into the batter.

Seasonal: During Fall and Winter we offer Pumpkin Pride Cheesecake and Elegant Eggnog Cheesecake (which includes what their name indicates).
